I got the red sectional with the chaise and ottomon. The red is a bright color, not horrible looking but can rub into clothes. The fabric is almost like a suede, not so bad to clean. Other than that, the couch is a good value for the price, comfortable and easy to set up. The ottomon is perfect and adds as extra leg rest.I would recommend a more neutral color and adding some cool throw pillows. Loved that you can change it from right to left facing chaise but it doesn't work like I thought it would. I have seen sofas that are easily changed simply by moving the cushion and an ottoman under it. This sofa, however would need to be taken apart and put back together in order for it to be moved from right to left facing and vice-versa. I purchased the saddle color and it is pretty true to the color I had in mind after looking at the picture. The cushions are VERY firm...we haven't had it long to know if it softens up or not, but it is still ok when it comes to comfort. It won't be a sofa that you sink into and feel ultra comfortable, but it is not uncomfortable either. The price was good, delivery was on time. The delivery guy was patient to wait until items were inspected for damage, as I was told to do at the time of delivery. I am a female who enjoys putting things together and I was able to assemble it with little problems. The pieces were not too heavy for me to lift alone. There are only pictures, no written instructions but it is not too difficult to do. With a little trial and error I was able to complete the assembly in probably less than an hour. It is always difficult to buy furniture online, but with the price, size, color etc available with this sofa, I had to try it. The throw pillows are hideous but that's just my aversion to zebra print in general. It looked so nice in our apartment, it was comfortable and classy. Everything you could want in furniture. Today we're shopping to replace it. The cushions are so warped out of shape that no matter how much we try to compensate, to sit on the couch is more comfortable than sitting on the hardwood floor with a pillow. The foam inside the cushions started to deform after the first year so we tried to shift the foam around, add pillows and more foam to compensate for the large divots. Today, the couch looks like something out of a Picasso painting and is, in my opinion, unusable. The ottoman's held up wonderfully, though, go figure. If you're looking for something to last a while I'd look elsewhere. Like others who have bought this and other sofas, I was a little worried about buying something as big as this online without checking it out first. I decided to take the plunge though, and I'm glad I did. I like this sofa. The build quality is good for the price, the assembly was pretty simple, it's very comfortable, and it's perfect for having some friends over. The chase section is a great addition as well. A few minor issues: -The cushions move around on top of the couch too much. I decided to get some velcro for them, so that they'll better stay in place. -On a similar note, I'd recommend getting some pads to put underneath the legs, because on hardwood floors, the couch/chase easily move around, which was to be expected. Overall, I am very happy with this sectional. It's not top of the line, but if this is your price range, it's a good buy. I recommend it. First off, I was skeptical about buying couches off of Amazon since I had never made such an important and large home purchase from the internet before. However, now that the couches are put togethe and in our living room, I think they look great. The color is true to the picture and the sectional is larger than I had imagined it would be. The material is sturdy and overall, it is pretty easy to put together. We did have to do a little manuevering of the screw holes since they were not precisely aligned on one of the pieces we had to put together. I was happy to find that the pillows are comfortable and 2-3 people can comfortably relax on this sectional. The ottoman is a great addition. We bought a wooden tray that covers the ottoman and we now use it as a resting area and as a converted "coffee table." I was not impressed with the two throw pillows, so we ended up buying much nicer pillows to spice up the sofa. The color can be a bit bland, so adding in fun throw pillows certainly helps. The reason this did not get 5 stars is because of the horrible shipping experience we had. The vendor used HomeDirect USA in our area. The shipment was late by a few days from the estimated latest arrival date from Amazon. The shipping company also did not update the shipping information while the sectional was in transit, so we were a bit in the dark on where the couches were located. THe other negative is that you cannot schedule a delivery time until the night before. Upon agreement with the shipping company for a specific delivery date, they then call with an automated message the night before indicated your 4 hour delivery window. If your schedule is busy, this can be a bit hard. We upgraded to a "Platinum" shipping where the company would bring the furniture in and assemble it. To our dismay, the couches were left unassembled and the company groaned after 20 minutes that they had been here long enough and that they would not assemble the couch. Without going into more detail, this left us without the service we requested and we ended up putting the couches together ourselves (all the while fixing mistakes they made on the pieces they had managed to put together). After promptly e-mailing VisionDecor and sending them pictures of the state the delivery company left our couches in, VisionDecor quickly worked to solve this issue. Their customer service was excellent all through the process and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. I cannot blame them for the shipping issue because they were quick to offer a solution and left me satisfied in the end. So, the couches are great and definitely worth the price...the shipping, however, left plenty to be desired.
